The verdict on Agentibus
An agent answers the messages and books the calls. One founder sets it up and keeps tuning it.
Human in the loop
3 / 10
Lower means agents do more of the delivery work.
Agentic sweet spot
NOT AS IS
Model it? Same call. Our take below says why.
The short version
- Problem
- Small businesses, coaches, and creators miss direct messages, reply late, and lose bookings. A fast, steady reply in the owner voice can save a lead that would otherwise go cold. That problem is real and close to money, because the next step is a booked call.
- Money
- As shown on TrustMRR: MRR $6,035 and $5,842 in the last 30 days, as shown on that listing. Not audited by us.
- Lesson
- Start where money leaks first, which is slow replies. Let the agent answer, qualify, and book only when it is delivering real value in the reply. Keep a human on the actual sales call. A bot that only pushes a call is annoying and earns nothing.
The teardown
6 steps: who or what does each one
How Agentibus seems to run, as far as we can tell. Some of this is on their site. Some is our best read, and it is labelled that way.
| Step | Who does it | What happens | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Customer connects channels | Both | on the site, with setup role to confirm. The customer gives an Instagram handle and contact details. The creator page says Agentibus connects Instagram and the calendar and trains the agent on real messages, in the client voice, and that the customer does not have to set it up. How much setup the one person behind Agentibus does by hand is to confirm. | Claimed |
| 2 Agent answers messages | Agent | on the site. The agent replies on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. The creator page also says it messages people who comment on Instagram and Facebook posts or ads, with the reply landing on Instagram or Messenger. Replies run in the evening and on weekends too, as pitched. | Claimed |
| 3 Qualifies lead | Agent | on the site. The agent qualifies who writes in. A booked call counts when the lead meets client criteria such as goal, budget, and timing, as shown on the creator page. | Claimed |
| 4 Books call | Agent | on the site. The agent books the call on the client calendar and sends reminders so the lead shows up, as pitched. | Claimed |
| 5 Human runs the booked call and closes | Human | 5. Human runs the booked call and closes. Human, client side. To confirm. The booked call goes to the client business. Who runs that call, how the client closes, and whether Agentibus helps before or after the call is not confirmed yet. Do not assume Agentibus closes the sale. The client is the customer here, so client closing work is not counted as Agentibus team delivery work. | To confirm |
| 6 Agentibus owner support and tuning | Human | 6. Agentibus owner support and tuning. Human, Agentibus team. To confirm. TrustMRR shows a team of 1 person. The creator page says setup is done by Agentibus and tuning continues. What that one person still does by hand for support, tuning, problem replies, and closing Agentibus own customers is to confirm. Do not assume a support team. Note on counting: Visitors and leads messaging a client do not count as Agentibus delivery work. The client running their own sales call is customer work, not Agentibus team work. The Agentibus owner doing setup, support, or tuning for clients does count as team delivery work. | To confirm |

What it's built with
4 tools they use, 4 you could use to copy it
The flow first, then the tools. We keep what they use apart from what you could use to copy it.
Used by them
| Job | Tool we can see or they claim | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Channels | Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. Confirmed as channels named on the site and on TrustMRR. The creator page says connection uses the official Meta API. That connection claim is Claimed on the site, not tested by us. | Confirmed |
| Booking | Calendar connection. Confirmed as part of the offer. No calendar tool name is named in public as far as we checked. | Confirmed |
| Payments | Stripe. Listed as backend on TrustMRR only. Treat that as as shown on TrustMRR, for payments, not as a delivery tool claim by us. | As shown |
| Replies | Agent system in the client voice, trained on real messages. Claimed on the creator page. No public model name is named there as far as we checked. | Claimed |
You could build it with
| Job | Tool suggestion |
|---|---|
| Drafting replies | A large language model subscription to draft replies in a client voice, with strict limits on what it can promise. |
| Booking | A calendar tool such as Google Calendar or a booking tool, so qualified leads land on a real calendar with reminders. |
| Lead records | A simple record store such as Supabase or a CRM, to track leads, criteria, bookings, and handoffs. |
| Handoff to a human | A handoff rule that sends any question outside approved answers to a human, with a short summary. |
Tool picks are our suggestions to copy the model. Not sponsors.
Is Agentibus worth modeling?
Our take. Not a review, not a ranking.
This sells a saved lead, not a chat tool. The agent does the fast reply work that humans miss at night and on weekends, then books a call a person can actually run.
It is close to SEOBot on DIY risk, a bit more technically advanced for some owners, so a little viable, but not a clean model. The value line is simple: if the bot is delivering value, it has merit.
A bot that pushes a call would be super annoying. Copy the value first lesson, not the push to book.
